I used to come here regularly for massages, but my recent visit was very disappointing. It seems like all the workers have changed. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and there was a clear communication barrier, which made it even worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place anymore.
I had an amazing massage experience! The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and very pleasant from the moment I walked in. The therapist was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.
Prices are great and the quality massage you get is amazing! Nancy does such a great job ✨ I’ve been coming here for about two years , I never leave disappointed 🫶🏽 I do recommend calling for appointments as they do get busy !
I would recommend Asian Essence Massage instead. Ugh Summer Spa. I drove 45 minutes out of my way and they cancelled the appointment, even tho we didn't set a time. They don't pick up the phone, they only text. I said ok I'm about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Of course there was an accident on Randall so I arrived in 39 minutes. She said because I was late they took someone else.. I texted when I was nearby and Diane said ok see you soon. She could've let me know they cancelled. Everyone knows about traffic and there was no appointment time set.
